Please find below all the information needed in regards to the preregistration process for the 2023-24 course
Application: what do I need?
- You will need an electronic device with an Internet connection because preregistration is done entirely online.
- Digital identification tool: we recommend idCAT Mobile for its ease of obtaining and use. You can also use any digital certificate and Cl@ve.
- Identification code of the Catalan Student Register (RALC) of the
student. You may check it here:

Application
Important information
- ONLINE APPLICATION: You must complete and submit the application online.
- DOCUMENTATION: You do not have to give any documentation to the school untill the process has ended.
- QUESTIONS? CEB Offices (Consorci d’Educació de Barcelona) and at the School
Prepare the documentation:
- Electronic certification of the birth registration or family book or other documents relating to parentage.
- The DNI or NIE of the student’s father, mother or guardian if the application is used in computer support. If you are a foreigner, you must attach your passport or, if you are a foreigner from a member country of the European Union, the identity document of the country of origin.
- Accrediting documentation of the priority criteria.

Recommendations:
- Have photographed or scanned the documentation on the same device from where the application will be made.
- Ask your current center for the No. identification of the student (IDALU) in order to link the application to their academic and personal record.
- Our center code is 08005412, you will need it to indicate which center you want to pre-register.
- It is very important to respect the dates marked, if the application or documentation is delivered later all affiliation rights are lost with
the risk of running out of space.
FAQ’s:
- CAN I SUBMIT TWO APPLICATIONS TO TWO DIFFERENT CENTERS FOR THE SAME STUDIES? No, under no circumstances. You must submit a single application and indicate in order of preference the different centers you are interested in registering your daughter or child.
- WHERE CAN I SUBMIT THE APPLICATIONS FOR KINDERGARTEN AND BACCALAUREATE? Kindergarten and baccalaureate are both private so the enrollment has to be managed straight with our school.
- HOW DO I KNOW THE CRITERIA FOR SCALES AND THEIR SCORE? You will find all the information about criteria, calendar and other information regarding the process in the following link:
