    Intermediate level sports education in snow surfing consists of first and second level. Two academic courses that combine theoretical and practical classes from the first moment so that the student can acquire all the necessary skills.

    The first level allows you to know the fundamental principles of snowboarding.

    In the second level we learn to teach snowboarding and train athletes.

    COMMON BLOCK – 120 hours
    – Anatomical and physiological bases of sport I: 20 hours
    – Psychopedagogical bases of teaching and training I: 25 hours
    – Sports Training I – 30 hours
    – Sociological foundations of sport: 5 hours
    – Organization and legislation of sport I: 5 hours
    – First aid and hygiene in sport: 35 hours

    SPECIFIC BLOCK – 180 hours
    – Professional Development I: 15 hours
    – Snowboarding technical training I: 50 hours
    – Snowboarding equipment I: 15 hours
    – Methodology of Teaching Snowboarding I: 45 hours

    Professional opportunities in the job market:

    • People who pass the first level or initial cycle obtain a certificate that allows them to access the world of work, such as:
      • instructor of initial level of snowboarding,
      • accompanying people or groups during sports practice,
      • promoter of snowboarding activities.
    • Those who pass the second level or final cycle obtain a sports technician’s diploma, which allows them access to the world of work, as a:
      • surfing instructor,
      • programmer and organiser of activities,
      • beginner’s level coach for snowboarders,
      • sports director in snowboarding competitions.

    Sortides acadèmiques:

    • Those who pass the first level or initial cycle obtain a certificate that gives them access to the second level:
      • the second level.
    • Those who pass the second level or final cycle obtain a sports technician qualification, which allows them to access:
      • to a higher level cycle of sports education in the snowboarding modality, if they pass the general entrance exam when they are 19 years old or are 19 years old in the year in which the exam is taken or if they have a baccalaureate or bachelor’s degree;
      • to a higher level cycle of vocational training in the family of physical and sporting activities, if they pass the entrance exam at the age of 19 or reach the age of 19 in the year in which the exam is taken, or if they hold a baccalaureate diploma, and
      • the baccalaureate (the optional subjects do not have to be taken, as they are validated).

    Requisits per accedir-hi

    Els alumnes que volen cursar un cicle formatiu de grau mitjà han de complir algun dels següents requisits:

    • To access the first level it is necessary to meet the following requirements:
      • Have a degree in compulsory secondary education (or equivalent for academic purposes) or have passed the university entrance exam for people over 25 years of age. People who do not meet these requirements must pass the specific course for access to intermediate degree cycles or a general entry test. To apply, you must be at least 17 years old in the year the test is taken.
      • Pass a specific test.
    • To access the second level it is necessary to pass the first level of the specialty
