24 de February de 2025

From February 16 to 20, 2nd year high school students enjoyed their end-of-year trip to Prague.

Cold, cold and colder. This last week, temperatures in Prague were around -10º: very cold. But this has not prevented the 2nd year high school students from being able to enjoy and visit all the corners that this beautiful city hides.

The agenda was full of activities: newly arrived on the first day they took a tour of the old town.

The second day they started at Prague Castle and in the afternoon, they visited the Malá Strana neighborhood where they walked through its streets until they reached the Lennon Wall, the narrowest street in the world, and the Vltava River where they saw otters.

On the third day, they headed to Terezín, the concentration camp, a visit to reflect. And in the afternoon, the Nové Mesto and a little free time to buy souvenirs.

On the fourth day they visited synagogues and the Jewish cemetery. In the afternoon, they enjoyed free time and were able to rest and prepare for a night out at an Irish pub.

Finally, on the last day, after picking up the rooms, they were able to walk through Petrín Park and Vysehrad Park and slowly walked back to the hotel to pick up their suitcases and head back to the airport.

Now we are back to normal, it’s time to prepare for the third trimester exams and the PAU.
