This second quarter’s project revolves around the life and work of the Spanish painter and sculptor Pablo Picasso.
The kindergarten and primary school students arrived on the January 30’s morning and found the reception very artistically decorated with the walls of the hall full of the most relevant and well-known works of the painter and sculptor Pablo Picasso. The session was the challenge activity during which the presentation of the project was made with which during this second quarter we seek to learn more in depth about the stages that this artist went through.
During the next five weeks, your children will work on this project. Thanks to this methodology the students will learn to work cooperatively, develop routines and thinking skills, and have the opportunity to self-assess in order to learn to self-regulate their learning.
Once the project is finished, we will celebrate the Learning Celebration. We will invite you all to the center to enjoy the decoration and check how much your children have learnt. Later, we will inform you about how we do this opening of doors.
