Last Tuesday, February 4, we started the 2nd quarter project. We do this using the cooperative work methodology, through which your sons and daughters develop routines and thinking skills and have the opportunity to self-evaluate to learn to self-regulate their learning.
We started with a challenging activity that aims to present the project and encourage the students in it. This 2nd project will focus on the Universe. For this reason, the children found that the decoration of the school hall changed and became a window to space.
During the next few weeks, your sons and daughters will be able to learn in a playful and rigorous way about scientists throughout history and carry out an experiment that will bring them closer to the world of science.
Once the project is finished, we would like all families from K2 to 6th grade to come to the center and see all the work that your sons and daughters have done. They will give you the appropriate explanations so that you can see the learning process they have followed. We will open the doors at the end of the 2nd quarter. That day we will hold the Celebration of Learning hoping that you enjoy the decoration of the school, the classrooms and everything they have learned.
